Cool-off After the Dance

After the conclusion of the dance workshop we stayed for another couple of hours to enjoy sun, water and nature. In a way this is a dance of another kind: the spontaneous energies of bodies interacting to enjoy contact with mother earth, water, and air.

Most of what I want to say about this day is covered in the event-12 gallery, which has the photos from the dance workshop. What amazed me, as I worked on all these image sets from this day, is the amount of energy people were able to express. Not only did they do a non-stop movement workshop for at least 2 hours, they then continued to jump in and out of cold water the rest of the afternoon!
