nomad-notes
I was not present at this outing. The participants were all from the Sacramento area and could not get to other events I was doing at the time in the Bay Area. I proposed they go back to the spot on the American River near Auburn where we had been before (see events 4 and 5). One thing I learned from this was that small groups have limited potential for interesting developments. Around 10 people seems to be a better number for a good group dynamic leading to a nice energy level and a variety of activities.
