We are at Lupin Lodge with our first Bodyfest event. We got close to 100 people and we had a day packed with activities and workshops. Rather than facing cold unpredictable weather on California's ocean beaches we now had consistent warn sunny weather and a privat environment!

video-1 5:42 Two days before the event, the Bodyfest crew arrives and starts preparations and meets to plan the schedule.
video-2 5:17 The day before the event, the crew starts with some yoga, then organizes what they need for the opening the next day.
video-3 5:16 Saturday morning the event begins. The early risers have yoga class to limber their bodies.
