Nomad's Notes

This was the first trip to Folsom Lake. I think we have done 4 or 5 trips in total over the years . In this case I was not able to make it. A number people had recently signed up to PhotoNaturals that winter so I sent them out that warm April day with a couple of photographers to see what would happen. The results were quite nice! And everyone obviously had a good time. The water would have been very cold being fresh melt water from the mountains nearby. I had wondered how "official" the nude beach was but no one came to bother the group. This paved the way for other trips including the dance workshop and the movie "Bodies of Water" (which was done when the water level was completely full!)
