Here is the video that goes with the photos of "event-45": This is our second trip to the American River. We follow the well-worn path south to see what other random spot we can find. We come across a small waterfall shooting out of the hillside. Then we continue until we find the perfect spot, a small beach and quiet lagoon. This was indeed an idyllic nudist day.

Daytrip to the American River
video-1 4:36 After strolling down a path into the valley, we come across a beautiful waterfall. Time to shed our clothes and get wet!
video-2 5:40 We continue along the trail looking for a path down to the river. Finally we arrive at river's edge!
video-3 7:37 Now the fun begins! The water looks inviting, but the current is swift and it is cold! Plunge in! You will be invigorated!
video-4 7:00 A group dive off the rocks and now to dry off and climb over the rock crest where the warm sun invites us. Time to rest.
video-5 5:58 The water is too inviting. Let's swim to the other side. Oh, and splash each other.
video-6 4:41 Toy water sprayers suddenly appear and everyone ends up in a very wet fight.
video-7 4:23 Time for a rest and warming up in the sun. But we also brought a rubber dingy and thought we'd try it out.
video-8 6:30 The sun is setting. After skipping stones we climb the rock wall to get to the top of the mini-mountain.

This video gallery is the same day covered in the Event-45 photo galleries. Yes it has taken me this long to edit the video from this day. I have a lot of unedited video shot over the years. These 5-minute clips are in a form that I call a "rough" cut. I assembled the footage in a way that shows as much as possible while still in a "viewable" format leaving out all the shakey parts and things that go on for too long. Eventually I will combine all these clips into one movie, shorten much of it and add music. So in some sense you are getting to "see everything" before I shape it all into one continuous movie format later.
