This beach is a bit of a challenge to get to but we wanted to try it out with a few of us. After exploring the trails above the beach and scrambling along steep edges we finally made it down to this pristine beach that seemed to go on forever. Games, yoga poses and meeting the challenge of the cold surf made the day crystalize into a stellar experience of nude freedom. Trek to Pomponio Beach
video-1 5:50 Taz and friends make a day trip to the coast south of San Francisco to a private stretch of awesome ocean beach.
video-2 5:24 Before making the final trek down to the beach they explore the secret paths in the valley.
video-3 6:35 The path becomes treacherous winding along a shear cliff before coming to stairs leading to the beach.
video-4 6:09 The deserted beach becomes a playground for frisbee toss, rock climbing, gymnastics, or just leisurely strolling.
video-5 5:42 Anomily shows off her hulu hooping skills while others skirt the edge of the cold, cold surf.
video-6 6:09 Taz takes photos of her beau, Stefbot. Ophelia takes a nap on the sand. Blossom and Anomily explore partner yoga.
video-7 6:03 Blossom and Anomily mirror yoga asanas on a ridge below the cliff, with little room for the camera.
video-8 5:19 First, everyone runs and leaps over a ledge for some flying photos, then the group shows off their gymnastic abilities.
video-9 5:43 Can we brave the cold Pacific Ocean? You bet! That surf looks dangerous. Then wet bodies roll in the warm sand.
video-10 5:39 The group plays in the sand and burries Ophelia. This is a single continuous shot.
video-11 6:24 We get ready to leave, reluctantly putting our clothes back on before returning to the clothed-minded world.

This video gallery is the same day covered in the Event-47 photo galleries. Yes it has taken me this long to edit the video from this day. I have a lot of unedited video shot over the years. These 5-minute clips are in a form that I call a "rough" cut. I assembled the footage in a way that shows as much as possible while still in a "viewable" format leaving out all the shakey parts and things that go on for too long. Eventually I will combine all these clips into one movie, shorten much of it and add music. So in some sense you are getting to "see everything" before I shape it all into one continuous movie format later.
