Complaints Policy and Content Removal Policy
This information is being provided to comply with legal requirements. All persons depicted on this website were over the age of 18 and were contracted via release form agreements at each and every event and shoot situation. Contracts are on record at our production office in Toronto, Canada. In the highly unlikely event that a person believes that they appear in a photo or video without having given consent/permission, that person can send us a message with details via our contact link below. We will review and resolve within 7 business days. If we find validity with the claim we will immediately remove that person's likeness from the relevant content on this website.
In a case where we determine that a complaint is baseless and incorrect, the complaintant may appeal our decision. In this case we will provide copies of the release forms and other contractual details provided by complaintant while engaged with our photography/videography projects to prove that their claim is incorrect. We will consider the matter resolved at this point.
Any other complaints about the content of theis website can be addressed to us in the same way, via the email link below. We will respond and resolve within 7 business days.
This website presents the philosophy of Naturism and displays normal depictions of consenting nude adult persons in non-sexual situations, in both photos and videos, all created under the direct guidance of the Naked Club project, also sometimes referred to as Photonaturals, within a company operating as "Free Body Productions". It is not the intention of the imagery to provoke sexual arousal in the viewer. There is no sexual activity, nor close views of genitals depicted in any of the imagery.
