All individuals depicted on this website were 18 years of age or older at the time the images or videos were created and participated voluntarily under signed release agreements for each event or photoshoot. Signed agreements are maintained at our production office in Toronto, Canada.

If any individual believes that their likeness appears on this website without proper authorization, they may contact us using the email link provided below and include sufficient details to identify the relevant content. We will review all such requests and respond within five (5) business days.

If a claim is determined to be valid, we will promptly remove the individual’s likeness from the relevant content.

If a claim is determined to be unfounded, we will review the supporting documentation on record and provide an appropriate response. The matter will be considered resolved following this review.

Any other complaints regarding website content may be submitted in the same manner. We will respond within five (5) business days.

Nature of Content:

This website presents the philosophy of naturism and displays non-sexual depictions of consenting nude adults in artistic, documentary, and community-based contexts. All content is created under the direction of the Naked Club project (also referred to as PhotoNaturals) and produced by Free Body Productions.

The website does not contain sexual activity, sexually explicit conduct, or pornographic material.
