These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Naked Club ("Website"), operated in Ontario, Canada ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age Restriction
This Website contains adult naturist content and is intended solely for individuals who are:
At least 18 years of age; and
The age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access this Website.

2. Nature of Content
Naked Club presents naturist, artistic, documentary, and community-based content. We do not provide escort services or sexual services, and we do not produce or distribute pornographic material. All individuals appearing in our content are verified consenting adults aged 18 or older. No minors appear in our content under any circumstances.

3. Purchases and Access Periods
When you purchase access: You are purchasing time-limited access to view content. Access is granted for the specific period stated at checkout. Access automatically expires at the end of the purchased access period. We do not offer automatic renewals or recurring billing. You are responsible for reviewing your purchase details before completing payment.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content: All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Access is granted immediately upon payment. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where access has been used. If you experience a billing error, contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent denial of access and may be reported to the applicable payment processor.

Violation may result in termination of access without refund.

7. Compliance with Laws
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing naturist content (nudity that is non-sexual) is legal in their jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use.

9. Termination
