Anti-Trafficking and Anti-Exploitation Policy

Naked Club maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, abuse, and non-consensual content.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit: Human trafficking, Sexual exploitation, Coercion or abuse, Content involving minors, Non-consensual imagery, Revenge content, Impersonation, and any form of forced participation. Any suspected violation is investigated promptly with removal of content where appropriate.

2. Age Verification and Record Keeping
All individuals appearing in visual content are verified to be 18 years of age or older at the time of creation. We maintain age verification documentation as required by applicable law.

3. Consent and Participation
All participants: Participate voluntarily, Provide written consent, Sign model releases prior to appearing on camera, May decline participation at any time prior to appearing on camera. No individual is compelled or coerced to participate and appear in any content. Once a participant has voluntarily appeared on camera under a signed release agreement, the content may be used in accordance with that agreement.

4. Content Review Procedures
Content is reviewed prior to publication to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. We do not permit user uploads or third-party submissions.

5. Reporting and Removal Requests

Reports are reviewed promptly. Verified violations result in removal and, where required by law, notification of appropriate authorities.

6. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations related to trafficking, exploitation, or unlawful conduct.

7. Ongoing Compliance
We periodically review internal procedures to maintain compliance with evolving legal and ethical standards.
