Cool-off After the Dance 2009
After the conclusion of the dance workshop we stayed for another couple of hours to enjoy sun, water and nature. In a way this is a dance of another kind: the spontaneous energies of bodies interacting to enjoy contact with mother earth, water, and air.

Nikosan is the first to take the plunge, diving off the small cliff. Soon others follow and enjoy the water.

Nomad's Notes

Most of what I want to say about this day is covered in the main event gallery for this day, which has the photos from the dance workshop. What amazed me, as I worked on all these image sets from this day, is the amount of energy people were able to express. Not only did they do a non-stop movement workshop for at least 2 hours, they then continued to jump in and out of cold water the rest of the afternoon!
