This "Bodyfreedom" section was created to accommodate content that some people might think is not representative of "Naturism". You may disagree and consider all the images and videos here also part of the Naturist experience. These galleries may explore the many ways nudity can be experienced creatively, symbolically, or expressively beyond what many consider traditional naturist settings. These scenes could involve posing, performance, collaboration, or public visibility — situations where the tone differs from conventional social nudity. Here, clothing-freedom may carry intention, whether artistic, personal, or communicative. These galleries celebrate openness, individuality, and the freedom to shape one's own relationship with the body.

American River Trip 2008

Photographer-couple Tiffany and Tim get a few female friends together for an afternoon at a sandy spot along the American River in California. Swimming, wrestling, jumping, climbing and playing with fire were all part of this fun day.

Backyard Bash 2008

We wanted to have an afternoon party in the city this time, rather than taking a long road trip into nature. This urban backyard in Stockton, CA was perfect with it's high fences, green lawn and landscaped garden, not to mention the hot tub! We kept busy with yoga, juggling, eating, water fights, trampoline bouncing and other creative body expressions. The movie of this outing is available on our streaming website.

Folsom Lake Excursion 2008

Water levels in Folsom Lake were at an extreme low, exposing magnificent rock formations and a wonderful playground for our group. And a fantastic array of wildflowers were blooming! Bodies and nature came together for a dance of joy!

Desert Spa Visit-2008

First Time Nudists 2008

This trip to a beach in Marin, California was an experiment in improvised drama. Three girlfriends go to the beach, one of them a devout nudist tries to get her reluctant friends to "get naked". After much cajoling and teasing she finally has her way and the three of them spend the rest of the afternoon playing in the surf, exploring the rocks and just dozing in the sun. The movie is available on our streaming website.

After this I made a major effort to make it clear to photographers that getting individuals to pose for you is a different intent, especially if it is male photographers shooting female subjects. This is potentially a sexually-charged behavioural pattern we want to avoid.
